1. Shampoo Bar: Wet your hair; rub bar between hands into a rich lather or paint directly onto your scalp. Use the Scalp Exfoliator to massage in. Rinse & repeat as desired.
2. Conditioner Bar: Post-shampoo, wet the bar with warm water and work into strands from lengths to ends. Rinse.
